Shipping policy

1 - 2 Days Handling Time

All Dreamwills orders have a handling time before the order can ship from our warehouse. For most items, we will make shipment in 24 hours. Unless the weekend or holiday, we will make the delivery on the first available business day. Any special handling times will be noted in the item description. If several orders are placed on same day and same address, these orders will be held to ship together. If you have any demand, (i.e., changing address /items, or canceling order) please email us in handling time. 

Shipping Charges

For USA, please refer to the actual fee displayed on the order page. For bulk order over $1000, the shipping charge depends on some factors (i.e., countries, products weight), Please email us for details.

Shipping Time

For Shipping to USA. It will take 3-7 Business Days by UPS or USPS. For shipping internationally. Dreamwills customer service center will email you the shipping details. Please note: Delivery time does not include weekends, national or international holidays, or handling times.
